CHRIST, OUR HIGH PRIEST

 


Every human on earth has a leader, whether God or Satan. When we choose not to be led by God, we automatically fall into the hands of Satan. Irrespective of how much we do on earth, if we don't accept the leadings of the Lord, we shall not enter into His everlasting rest. Whoever is leading us today while alive on earth, will take us to his abode in eternity. Therefore, we must choose wisely and allow the Savior  to lead us.

Christ Jesus is our High Priest seated at the right hand of the Father interceding for us. Just like what the Old Testament priest does for the people of Israel, so does He take even greater responsibility of our souls. The question is, have you allowed the Lord to be the priest of your soul? You may have many pastors, bishops and apostles in your life, but if the Lord is not yet your high priest, then He isn't the one leading you. Don't let anyone take the position of the Lord in your life. Honor Him and let Him shepherd your soul.

Hebrews 8:1-2
Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.

Are we doing His will? Can others see God through us? The Lord has commanded us to preach the Gospel to those who are lost. Brethren, are we doing that or feeling ashamed to preach the Word of God? If we are not preaching the Word, it means we are not obeying Him. JESUS CHRIST loves us so much that He does not want us to lose our souls on the last day, but if we do not heed to His teaching and counsels, we will end up in hell fire. He will be ashamed of us on the last day because we were first ashamed of Him in this world for not accepting and preaching about Him to others. GRATITUDE AND THANKSGIVING
