THE WORD DWELT AMONG US

 



Christ Jesus is the Living Word of God. He is the Bread of Heaven for all men. It was through Him that all things were made for He was the Light that first appeared in the darkness of chaos of the world during creation (Gen. 1:3).

He came down from HEAVEN, dwelt among us and died to save us. Just as He physically came to dwell with us, so should we let Him dwell in us. The Word of God must dwell richly in our hearts. How much of the Word do you have you in you? How well do you study the Word? How much time do you spend with Him? Those who learn and obey the Word, are transformed to be like Him!

John 1:14
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

  When Christ Jesus walked the earth, He passed through all the physical things that humans are passing through. He was tempted  like we are. He fought battles in the mind, and even His emotions. However,  He ignored and didn't fall into those temptations. He was filled with the Word for He is the Word Himself. There is no weaknesses and needs of man that He doesn't know. He has provided the solution for our sins and all we need to do is to come boldly to His throne of grace to be cleansed and receive His grace to obey Him. JESUS CHRIST OUR REDEEMER

  *SCRIPTURE*📜 _"Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him also shall the son of man be ashamed, when he comes in the glory of his father with the holy angels (MarK 8:38)._ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖ *MESSAGE*📖 Do we really love God? Are we doing His will? Can others see God through us? The Lord has commanded us to preach the Gospel to those who are lost. Brethren, are we doing that or feeling ashamed to preach the Word of God? If we are not preaching the Word, it means we are not obeying Him. JESUS CHRIST loves us so much that He does not want us to lose our souls on the last day, but if we do not heed to His teaching and counsels, we will end up in hell fire. He will be ashamed of us on the last day because we were first ashamed of Him in this world for not accepting and preaching about Him to others. GRATITUDE AND THANKSGIVING

Thanksgiving is giving devotion, sacrifice, praise or an offering. Thanksgiving is to glorify God as an act of worship, giving thanks for all things as part of God's providence. When We choose gratitude, things return to their right place. Being thankful helps us bond with God. He is a great God and a great King above all gods, He answers our prayers through worship. Having a heart of thanksgiving means we continually thank Him for everything.
