HOLDING FAST THE FAITH

 

The Bible testifies that many will fall away from the faith in this end time. The love of many has grow cold and their Christian life is now lukewarm. It is very sad that most modern Christians profess the Lord Jesus by mouth only. They neither love nor obey Him. They have lay aside their faith and are now after the things of the world.

We have been admonished by the writer of Hebrew to hold unto our faith to the end. We can remain the house and habitation of God if we keep holding unto our faith.The end will justify the means. It is your end that matters, not your beginning. Some begin well, but ends in sorrows. Others don't begin well, yet rejoice at the end. What shall your end be? Are you still holding unto your faith irrespective of the many trials and temptations you are going through?

Hebrews 3:6

But Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.

Are we doing His will? Can others see God through us? The Lord has commanded us to preach the Gospel to those who are lost. Brethren, are we doing that or feeling ashamed to preach the Word of God? If we are not preaching the Word, it means we are not obeying Him. JESUS CHRIST loves us so much that He does not want us to lose our souls on the last day, but if we do not heed to His teaching and counsels, we will end up in hell fire. He will be ashamed of us on the last day because we were first ashamed of Him in this world for not accepting and preaching about Him to others.
