MANIFESTING THE POWER OF GOD

 




The power of God can never be manifested without His Word and Spirit. The apostles received power when the Holy Spirit came upon them. And it is only after such an encounter that they were able to share the Gospel and do many exploits for the Kingdom of God.

Our Lord Jesus Christ was filled with the Holy Spirit right from birth and He did great and marvelous things. If He said we will do greater things than He did, then we need greater power and the fullness of His Word and Spirit in us. Many wait on God for His power only without having a relationship with Him. Most Christians want to manifest God's power, but they're grieving and quenching the Holy Spirit who is the main initiator of revival and power. If you're seeking His power, live to please Him!

Acts 10:38

_How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the *Holy Spirit and with power,* who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him._

Are we doing His will? Can others see God through us? The Lord has commanded us to preach the Gospel to those who are lost. Brethren, are we doing that or feeling ashamed to preach the Word of God? If we are not preaching the Word, it means we are not obeying Him. JESUS CHRIST loves us so much that He does not want us to lose our souls on the last day, but if we do not heed to His teaching and counsels, we will end up in hell fire. He will be ashamed of us on the last day because we were first ashamed of Him in this world for not accepting and preaching about Him to others.
